Kepak And Oliver Carty have collaborated to acquire a majority shareholding in Greene Farm Foods reports the Examiner.ie
According to Ted Carty, managing director of Oliver Carty “This joint venture represents a logical strategic development for Oliver Carty: This investment, along with our partner Kepak Group, will enable us to accelerate the launch of new product ranges.”
Established in 1991 Greene Farm Foods is Ireland’s leading distributor of cooked poultry and beef.
According to Ken Greene, managing director of Greene Farm Foods, “We will continue to be specialist producers of premium sliced cooked meats, and in particular we will continue to develop the Greene Farm Brand. It will also bring a new developmental dynamic to our site.”
