Advertising Terms & Conditions

Payments due within 30 calendar days of publication date unless otherwise agreed.

If contract is not completed in its entirety as stated in the booking, the number of advertisements that have been published (including advertisements not cancelled 12 days prior to publication) will be charged at the full rate card price if applicable.

If payment is not received within 90 days of publication date, Checkout Publications Ltd will impose a late fee of 7% above the ECB Rate on any outstanding monies owed that are over the 90 day period. The late fee will be calculated from the first day after the 30 day credit terms.
