Sales of P&G’s market-leading homecare brand, Flash, should soon be boosted by new TV and radio ads featuring the Queen song ‘Flash’. The advertising campaign will run until the end of the year.
In the amusing TV advert, a puzzled dog walks through a spotless house singing ‘Where the hell has all the mud gone?’ His owner replies ‘Flash A-ha, it works miracles’.
Nik Ganich, Home Care Brand Manager at P&G UK & Ireland, says: “Retailers can expect an increase in demand for Flash products over the coming months once consumers see and hear the adverts… we’re confident it will work miracles for store sales.”
