The Project Fresh design is much more spacious than a typical Aldi store and we are confident that our customers will find it provides a more enjoyable shopping experience,” said Daire Dullea, store manager of Aldi’s new Passage West store

“Our commitment to our customers is we will never be beaten on price and will always provide the best value. Families can make huge savings on their weekly shopping bill by shopping at our stores.”

Last year Aldi spent over €700 million with Irish producers, manufacturers and suppliers. Aldi also recently increased its support for small Irish suppliers by reducing its payment terms to 14 days for suppliers that transact up to €300k annually with Aldi.

An independent research survey recently found that Aldi’s prices are ‘particularly strong’ on fresh meat, fruit and vegetables when compared to other Irish retailers.
