Diageo Brings DrinkIQ Platform To Guinness Storehouse

Diageo Chief Executive Ivan Menezes has launched the new DrinkIQ interactive experience at the Guinness Storehouse at St. James Gate in Dublin.

DrinkIQ has been designed as a resource and training programme to help consumers make responsible choices about alcohol, by providing them with information on how alcohol affects the body, and its place in a balanced lifestyle.

It also provides information on the nutrition, calorie and alcohol content of different drinks, including Diageo's own products.

The new interactive platform has been launched as part of the overall visitor experience at the Guinness Storehouse, meaning it could deliver DrinkIQ training to up to 300,000 visitors annually.

Menezes commented, "We are absolutely committed to ensuring people have the best possible information in order to make informed choices about drinking or choosing not to drink."
