Guinness Unveils New Storehouse Shake To Be Served On Draught

Guinness has announced the launch of its new milkshake that will be exclusively available to the Guinness Storehouse, according to Newstalk.

The milkshake, called the Storehouse Shake, will be an alcohol-free milkshake infused with nitro coffee and blended vanilla ice-cream. The coffee is cold brewed for up to 12 hours and is chilled in a keg before being served on draught.

This results in the Guinness-like creamy and smooth texture. Then Hazelnut syrup is spread on the top with cream, with a Guinness chocolate brownie to finish it all off.

Fun & Special

Sean Hunter, head chef at the Guinness Storehouse, created the recipe, and he said that the team creates “amazing dishes” using Guinness.

"As temperatures soared this summer, we decided to work together to create something fun and special, the Storehouse Shake,” he said.

“By nitrogenating coffee in the same way we do Guinness, we're able to deliver a non-alcoholic summer drink that has the same creamy and smooth texture as Guinness."

The milkshake will be available for a limited time only, from 22nd August to 30th September.
