Senior executives in the Kerry Group have between them earned €5 million after selling shares linked to an executive bonus scheme, the Irish Independent has reported.
Kerry Group's chief executive Stan McCarty, chief financial officer Brian Mehigan and president and chief executive of its Ingredients & Flavours division earned €2.25 million from the scheme, the paper reported.
McCarthy, who sold 13,700 of the shares taken up under the plan, earned around €723k, with Mehigan earning €914.1k and Behan earning €613k.
Other executives to benefit from the windfall included Flor Healy, chief executive of Kerry Foods, and Brian Durran, group secretary.
