Did you know?... Sales of no and low alcohol beer are rising on the trend among British consumers for balanced lifestyles and a social shift towards drinking in moderation. No-alcohol and low-alcohol beer sales increased 20% year-on-year in 2018, according to Nielsen. British drinkers are also demonstrating a taste for lower-strength brews – beer brewed to between 0.5% and 3.5% ABV – according to the data. In the 12 months to July 2018, consumers bought more than 86 million pints of low-alcohol beer, representing 16% growth on the same period last year.

Did you know?... Kraft Heinz has announced the release of Mayochup sauce, the blend mayonnaise and ketchup. However, Heinz is let America decide who gets the first taste. Condiment lovers voted on which city will get to try Heinz Mayochup before the product hits store shelves this month. The city with the most votes on its Twitter poll will be rewarded with a food truck takeover, complete with free samples of Heinz Mayochup… and, of course, fries for dipping.

Did you know?... Milk production in the 23 major states in the US has continued on its upward trend during the eight months of this year, according to the latest figures from the US Department of Agriculture. An increase of 1.4% was recorded in August of this year when compared to figures recorded in the corresponding month in 2017. Across the 23 major states, milk production totalled 17.2 billion pounds.

Did you know?... Belgian brewing company AB InBev has unveiled a new packaging design for Stella Artois to reflect the beer brand’s heritage as well as a modern look. The new packaging, which is set to hit the UK shelves in the coming weeks, was developed in partnership with global brand design agency Jones Knowles Ritchie. The redesigned bottles comprise a redrawn logo adapted from its original, historic form, which pays tribute to the brand’s 600 years of Belgian brewing heritage.

Did you know?... The Irish-based packaging company, Ardagh Group’s distribution centre in Fairfield, Calif., was awarded the Energy Star building certification for superior energy performance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This is the third year that the facility has earned the Energy Star certification, reflecting a legacy of continued energy savings. The Fairfield distribution centre primarily serves Ardagh Group’s distribution needs in the West Coast to better service the wine, food and beverage industries.

The range is available now to customers in the UK Licensed sector. Following the popularity of the globally iconic AXL glass bottle design, Pepsi MAX decided to launch the new glassware with the AXL design, to further align its brand identity across ranges. The design features the world-renowned Pepsi MAX logo at the top with the twist at the bottom.
