Did You Know ... the Tiger Street Eats three-day residency took place last weekend in the MART Creative Hub in Dublin? Tiger Beer created what it calls a “Singaporean street food adventure”, featuring Michelin starred street food made by Chan Hon Meng, music and special guests like comedian and chef Marcus O’Laoire and Spin 1038’s Thomas Crosse and 2FM’s Louise McSharry.

Did You Know ... Gordon’s has launched a pink gin? Lovin.ie reports that the gin has been made with the taste of strawberries and raspberries, and is available for a limited time only.

Did You Know ... the IE Domain Registry lost over €100,000 last year? According to Fora.ie, the firm – which has sole management of the .ie domain –made a full-year loss of almost €127,000 in 2016, although this was down from a loss of nearly €400,000 in 2015.

Did You Know ... profits at Gate Gourmet, which prepares food and in-flight catering facilities at Dublin Airport, fell to under €900,000 in 2016 from €1.24 million in 2015? IrishExaminer.com reports that this represents a fall of 29%. However, revenues for the firm rose to €18.4 million, helped by the record number of passengers going through the airport.

Did You Know ... US food giant McCormick has agreed a price of €3.6 billion for the Reckitt Benckiser sauces business? The brands within the Reckitt Benckiser sauces arm include French’s mustard and Frank’s RedHot sauce.

Did You Know ... Just Eat has been named as the new commercial partner of dublinbikes in a three-year agreement? The Just Eat dublinbikes were unveiled at an announcement at Merrion Square in Dublin last week and the new look branded bikes will be visible on the streets of Dublin from the end of August.
