Aldi Reopens Renovated Castletroy Store

Aldi has reopened its Castletroy branch in Co. Limerick, after having the store extended and completely refurbished.

The store, which first opened in May 2007, now has a larger shop floor, a new trolley bay canopy and increased chilled space for a larger range of fresh meat, dairy, fruit and vegetables.

The car park has also been completely resurfaced, and now has 138 car parking spaces, while even the staff area and amenities have been improved.

Speaking at the reopening, Katriona Cross, Manager at Aldi’s Castletroy store said, “Following extensive renovation and refurbishment work over the past few weeks, we are delighted to reopen our new improved Castletroy store.

“The whole Aldi team is looking forward to welcoming customers from the locality, both existing and new.”

To celebrate the reopening of the store, customers were served free samples from Aldi’s product range throughout the morning, while five lucky Aldi customers scooping €100 each in Aldi shopping vouchers.
