East Coast Bakehouse has announced yesterday that it is set to launch nationwide this week.
The biscuit baking company, which is based in Drogheda, co Louth, is available across the country in Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, Spar, Londis, Mace and independent stores.
East Coast Bakehouse’s range of cookies includes Choc Chunk, Caramel & Pecan, Ginger & Choc Chunk and Chocolate Enrobed Choc Chunk.
The bakehouse employs 35 people in Drogheda and is planning to launch more biscuit varieties in 2017.
The nationwide launch is being marked by a radio advertising campaign, which will start next week.
