The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon has announced a new sponsorship deal with Fulfil Vitamin & Protein Bars, with the brand coming on board as the official snack partner of the event.
Fulfil will be sampling bars to participants at the event, as well as introducing a large scale activation after the finish line on race day.
As part of the sponsorship, Fulfil will also be running an engaging social media campaign to recruit women to join them for the event as part of Team Fulfil.
"We believe Fulfil is a perfect fit for our event, appealing to women who enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle, and we have no doubt that the 30,000 participants will be excited to have the Fulfil experience on the day.” Kathy Endersen, chief executive of the Women’s Mini Marathon, said.
The sponsorship deal also includes course branding opportunities on the day.
Orlaith O’Brien, senior brand manager, Fulfil Nutrition, Richmond Marketing, said: "We feel it is the perfect partnership for the brand as the WMM is an inclusive, fun event which encourages women from all walks of life to take part in the 10km race."
The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon is the largest all-female event of its kind in the world, with 30,000 women taking to the streets of Dublin on Bank Holiday Sunday 2 June.
The first Women’s Mini Marathon began in 1983.
Women from across the 32 counties of Ireland, U.K. and Europe take part each year, with many raising vital funds for their chosen causes and charities.
