Kerry Foods Introduces Fire & Smoke Range

The parent company of Denny, Kerry Foods has launched Fire & Smoke, a new meat product brand brought to consumers by Henry Denny and supported with an integrated marketing plan.

Fire & Smoke’s recipes are inspired by the ‘pitmaster craft of the American Deep South’, using fire and smoke cooking methods to create 7 pre-packed lines of ham, chicken and turkey, as well as two deli-counter lines.

The meat is cooked at a low temperature for a long time, first over flames and then smoked with oak wood chips.

She added, “With the introduction of Fire & Smoke, we are offering consumers an innovative, great tasting new product range that offers excitement, drama and choice, which will ultimately inspire usage and ultimately delivering incremental growth for the category.”

The integrated launch campaign for Fire & Smoke includes a new TV ad created by DDFH&B, and PR and experiential campaign handled by The Reputations agency.
