Mondelez’s Irish office has announced plans to raise funds for Field Sales Rep, Mark Nugent, who recently suffered a spinal injury that has left him paralyzed from the waist down.
According to the Mondelez team, Nugent’s main goal now is to get back to work and be self-sufficient.
This will require an extension to his Dundalk home, which will cost €85,000, meaning that friends, family and colleagues need to ‘dig deep and raise money, so Mark can have as comfortable and fulfilling a life as possible’.
To help with this, Mondelez’s Irish office is holding a special fundraising event, Cycle For Mark, in his hometown of Maynooth on 13 August. More details can be found on Facebook, and everybody is welcome to take part.
