Ornua Hires Dublin Consultancy Firm To Help Standardise Business Model

Ornua has hired a consultancy firm in order to standardise its business model after a series of acquisitions, according to the Irish Independent.

The Irish dairy group has hired Pebble Business Transformation, a small Dublin firm, to assist with the process.

The firm’s co-managing partner, Joe Hughes, was formers the director of global supply chain processes at Kerry Group. The other co-founder, Conor Duggan, also previously worked at Kerry Group, as a global process integration architect.

"In late 2016, we launched Ornua 2021, our group five-year plan, and as part of this plan, it was evident that we needed to focus on the integration of these businesses to help standardise our operating model," said an Ornua spokeswoman.

"We have engaged with Pebble to support us in this process and this project relates solely to standardisation."
