Tayto Launch National Tayto Day With Party At Copper Face Jacks

One of Ireland's leading snacking brands, Tayto, has launched 'National Tayto Day' on 14 June 2019, to celebrate 65 years in the market.

The snack brand revealed that it will be celebrating the milestone at a party on the day between 7-10pm in Copper Face Jacks, which will have a string of well-known Irish music talent.

Tickets for the event are currently on sale for €10 including booking fee with all ticket sale proceeds being donated to Dublin Simon Community, it reports.

Radio DJ Marty Whelan will be on hand to MC the event, playing songs and introducing his fellow acts; Irish Hip Hop group Chasing Abbey and Co. Kerry-based Walking on Cars, whos 2016 album, Everything This Way, was an international success that saw them spend three weeks at #1 in the Irish album chart and touring all around the world.

Tickets cost €10 plus booking fee with all ticket sale proceeds being donated to Dublin Simon Community.

Celebrate

"Mr Tayto is known for the craic and it’s only fitting that we have a party to celebrate," said Carol McCaghy, marketing manager at Tayto.

"Mr Tayto is very excited about all the events lined up to celebrate the occasion but his birthday party in Coppers is the one he is looking forward to the most!" she said.
