Waterford Harvest Festival Market Opens Trader Applications

The Waterford Harvest Festival is set to take place in historic Waterford City from 8 to 10 September 2023.

According to a spokesperson for the festival, “The applications for food and drinks producers of Ireland are now open for the Harvest Festival Market.”

The festival organisers noted that they are aiming to deliver an artisanal food-and-drink market with a focus on local Irish produce, sustainability and quality for festival-goers.

Speaking with Checkout, a festival director commented,  “We are delighted to announce our Harvest Festival market for 2023.

"We hope that like last year some of Ireland’s finest artisanal and local food and drinks producers join us for the festival fun. Our festival has a strong sustainability ethos and we would like to have this considered across all areas of the festival too, so we are hoping our Harvest Festival partners join us in the same spirit.”
