Discounter Aldi has launched a new premium wine range, which it says represents 'distinctive styles of some of the best wine regions around the globe'.
The Exquisite Collection boasts a range of seven wines, including a 2012 Shiraz (€8.49), 2012 Gavi D.O.C.G. €7.49, 2011 Rías Baixas Albariño (€8.99), Côtes de Provence Rosé (€7.99), 2012 Malbec (€8.49), 2010 Fleurie (€9.49) and a 2012 Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc (€7.49).
The Exquisite Collection 'offers customers the chance to enjoy elegant and beautifully balanced premium wines without breaking the bank', Aldi said in a statement.
The collection has gone on sale in Aldi's 100 stores nationwide.
