The 2nd annual Alltech International Craft Brews and Food Fair officially opened today in Dublin’s Convention Centre.
The next three days will see Irish food and drink producers showcasing their produce at Ireland’s largest craft beer festival, and more than 5,000 attendees are expected. The event will include upwards of 150 brews from 45 breweries worldwide, food from 17 artisan food producers, and the opportunity to learn from food pairing experts such as TV chef Catherine Fulvio.
Attendees will have the chance to enjoy performances from Paddy Casey, The Klares and more, and watch award-winning brewers battle it out in the Dublin Craft Beer Cup.
The first two days of the fair will feature three separate education streams; The Alltech Academy Sensory Short Course, The Pub Series Stream and the Health and Wellness Programme.
