Brown-Forman Elects Senior Vice President, Shareholder Relations Officer

Brown-Forman has announced that it has appointed Leanne Cunningham as senior vice president, shareholder relations officer for the company.

Cunningham, who assumes her new role effective August 1, 2019, succeeds Jay Koval, director of investor relations.

Uniquely Qualified

The Jack Daniels maker said that Cunningham is ‘uniquely qualified’ for the role, having spent 23 years with the company, holding a variety of senior positions

She most recently served as the general manager for a significant portion of the company's global production operations.

“Leanne brings a wealth of business knowledge, financial acumen, industry experience, and company passion to this role,” Jane Morreau, Brown-Forman’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, said.
