Diageo has unveiled a number of 3D billboards as part of Carlsberg’s ‘Ultimate Football Experience’ marketing campaign. The builds are located in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Belfast complementing the 48 sheets with actual jerseys, bags and a changing room bench built into them.
The boards promote a Carlsberg competition that offers tickets to Liverpool’s final home game, versus Newcastle on May 11.
Neil Ronson, Carlsberg marketing manager, said, “Developing outdoor specials was an important part of our media mix for ‘Join the Greats’, as our objective is to drive buzz around the campaign and the specials are certainly proving to be a real talking point thanks to their impactful nature, which brings our latest TV and outdoor campaign to life”.
The Carlsberg brand team worked closely with Eclipse Media, Carat and Source on the project.
