Casillero del Diablo Hosts First Of ‘Devilish Movie Nights’ At The Stella Cinema, Rathmines

Casillero del Diablo and recently held the first in the series of ‘Devilish Movie Nights’ at the Stella Cinema, Rathmines, Dublin 6.

The movie screened on the night was The Devil Wears Prada.

According to the wine brand, ‘The series’ objective is to bring Casillero del Diablo to life by giving guests a premium night to remember, pairing the flavours of the Casillero del Diablo classic range with cheese and a movie.

‘Created in conjunction with Javelin, the first event was held to celebrate Mother’s Day and special women in guests’ lives,’ it added.



Attended by over 140 people, the majority were winners of a competition on, which drove a high volume of entries.

The lucky winners were greeted at the stunning Stella Cinema with a glass of Casillero del Diablo and the opportunity to have their photo taken in the photo booth.

Wine Tasting 

Sommelier Brigid O’Hora brought the guests through the art of wine tasting and pairing different grape varieties with cheeses.

Following the tasting experience, guests were then treated to the screening of the much-loved movie.


Casillero del Diablo noted that jazz music, chatter and laughter flooded the venue, with ‘everyone united in happiness’ to be back at live events again, with a glass of Chilean wine in their hand.

According to the company, the next two ‘Devilish Movie Nights’ will take place in October and December.
