Wine distributor Febvre has appointed Paul O’Brien (pictured) as its National Off-Trade Accounts Manager.
O’Brien joins Febvre from Gleeson, incorporating Gilbeys, where he managed the Multiple sector for their wine and beer portfolio. He previously held senior positions in Findlater/Grants and Grants of Ireland.
The news comes following last month’s appointment of a new chief executive, Jim Bradley, at Febvre last month.
Bradley, who is the former President of the European Soft Drinks Association and President of the Irish Beverage Council, replaced Anthony and Gregory Alken who resigned from their positions in the company, following Padmore Ltd’s investment and buyout of Febvre last month.
