Hector Announces Line-Up For Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fair

Broadcaster Hector O' hEochagain has announced the line-up for the third annual Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fair taking place in the Convention Centre Dublin from 27th February to 1st March. Visitors to event will be able to sample over 300 craft brews from around world, as well as artisan Irish foods, while enjoying live music.

More than 60 international brands will showcase their craft beers, while attending Irish breweries will include The Porter House, Rye River, Trouble Brewing and Wicklow Brewery. Food on offer ranges from Man of Aran Fudge to Donal Skehan's Skoff Pies, with a Pair & Taste Food Trail map, suggesting the best snack and beer combinations, available for visitors.

Live entertainment at the fair will include screening of the 3 Six Nation rugby clashes taking place that weekend and music from The Jerry Fish Electric Side Show, Booka Brass Band, Amazing Apples and Interskalactic.

Speaking about the event, Hector O h'Eochagain said, "Last years fair was such craic, I'm really looking forward to being involved again this year. Beer, Food, Sport, Music all under one roof – what more could you ask for?"

On the opening Friday, winners of the Dublin Craft Beer Cup competition will be announced. This international competition was launched by Alltech in 2013 and allows craft brewers to showcase their beers and have them rated, tasted and analysed by an independent panel of beer judges.
