O’Hara’s Launches Freebird IPA And Blues Festival Sponsorship

Craft brewery, O’Hara’s has launched the latest edition to its range, Freebird, a white IPA, while announcing its sponsorship of this year’s 'Blues, Roots & Brass Festival' in Dublin.

The festival takes place in South Dublin’s Camden Quarter from 12 to 14 August, and is being jointly hosted by local pubs, Whelan’s and Opium Rooms.

Seamus O’Hara, CEO and Founder of Carlow Brewing Company commented, "O’Hara’s is delighted to support the Blues, Roots and Brass Festival this August.

He added that, "The team at Whelan’s consistently work towards offering their customers high quality music and entertainment, they are an institution on the Irish music scene and deservedly so."

The Freebird white IPA is made from combining a Belgian yeast strain and orange peel with IPA hop varieties, which O’Hara’s says results in a fruity and refreshing beer, ideal for summertime.
