Manor Farm aims to raise €20,000 by the 20 of May for the organisation as the next phase of quarantine is introduced this month.

“Following HSE and HSPC guidelines, our staff and colleagues have continued to go to work every day in difficult circumstances and can therefore recognise the sacrifices that frontline workers are making on all our behalf," said Brendan Nolan, marketing manager for Manor Farm.

"This book is a thank you to them from Manor Farm,” he added.
