Did you know?...  Camile Thai have launched their new compostable range of packaging across their restaurants, which can go straight into the compost bin without washing. They are the first restaurant chain in Europe to do this with 95% of their takeaway packaging fully compostable. The restaurant are investing 25% more on their packing costs in order to reduce the amount of plastic but ensured the cost won't be passed onto customers.

Did you know?…  Krispy Kreme are launching a new range of doughnuts inspired by american pies. The range is called the 'Pie-Ettes' and is made up of three different doughnuts, Banana Kreme Pie; Reese's Peanut Butter Pie and Cherry Pie. New Krispy Kreme Ice Kreme and Banana or Cherry Kreme shakes are now available. The Pie-Ettes will debut in its Blanchardstown store on 13 May.

Did you know?… UCC Coffee has announced the launch of a new superior performance Aluminium Nespresso compatible single serve capsule. The new capsule – developed at UCC Coffee’s Capsule Centre of Excellence in Valence, France – utilises new innovation and unique coffee packing and grinding technology to provide superior performance and in-cup quality. With an on-trend, premium look, the Aluminium capsule will be available in 11 colours.

Did you know?... FAO Schwarz toy store will open a new outlet at Arnotts this October, which is the second location in Europe for the signature brand. The Arnotts store will embody the ‘Return to Wonder’ theme across the 6,000 sq ft of retail space. "The opening of FAO Schwarz will deliver theatre, wonderment and magic to our customers and we are excited to become part of the many memories that will surely be made inside our walls.” Donald McDonald, Managing Director at Brown Thomas and Arnotts, said.

Did you know?... Dutch retailer Jumbo has announced that it has opened its 650th outlet, in Denekamp in the eastern Netherlands. Entrepreneur couple Marlies and Björn Kuipers converted a former Emté store into a Jumbo outlet, the retailer said.
