Attendees heard from keynote speaker and Sports Dietitian, Orla Walsh, who outlined what cyclists needs to know about nutrition, and how a good diet and proper hydration can boost performance.
Did you know ... Uncle Ben’s has launched its new 'Make a Healthier Plate with Ben' campaign, which aims to inspire people to cook healthier meals, using its Rice & Grains range? The campaign is inspired by the ‘healthy eating plate’, a new tool that complements the food pyramid and helps translate healthy eating recommendations directly to our plates.

Did you know ... Santa Rita will return to Bloom this year with a new show garden? The theme of this year’s garden is ‘The Santa Rita Living La Vida 120’, inspired by the wine brand’s South American origins.
