Did You Know … The winners of the Galway Chamber Business Awards have been announced? The overall Winner of the Galway Chamber Business of the Year Award 2016 was presented to Colm Feeney, Source and Supply Logistics. The company was established in Galway in 2000 and employs 90 people. There were six categories winners at the awards in total.
Did You Know … The GIY and Cully & Sully ‘Give Peas a Chance’ competition have been determined? The competition challenged teams to grow peas in their workplace. The winning team was Aura Leisure from Ranelagh, Dublin. They have won a food garden worth €3,000 for their chosen charity, Laura Lynn, Ireland's Children’s Hospice, as well as €2,000 worth of vouchers for Ballymaloe House and Cookery School.

Did You Know … Maltesers is following Toblerone’s lead and reducing its packaging size from 121g to 103g? The reduction is equivalent to a cut of almost 15%. A statement from Mars blamed the rising cost of raw materials for the change.
