Discount retailer Lidl opens two stores in Dublin and Westmeath today, creating 63 new jobs across both stores.
Santry, Dublin and Patrick Street, Westmeath will be home to newly-designed stores with in-store bakeries. Opening celebrations at both stores include special offers on both food and non-food products, in-store sampling and a visit from Lidl brand ambassador Paul Flynn.
The openings are part of the brand's expansion programme, which saw four new stores open nationwide already this year. Lidl now has 143 stores throughout the country.
