Aldi Parnell Street Sold In €5.8 Million Deal

The Aldi outlet on Parnell Street, Dublin, has been sold for €5,825,000 by Israeli businessman Igal Ahouvi, according to the latest reports from The Irish Times.

Ahouvi bought the Aldi property four years ago for an estimated €4.5 million, paying a current rent of €386,500 (€29 per square foot).

The property was sold to a private investor, who TWM selling agent Sean O’Neill in an interview with the paper, said became interested in the property as a “hassle-free investment with an attractive return relative to deposit rates”.

Ahouvi’s other purchased grocery properties include an Aldi in Sandyford for €7.7 million, a Tesco in Roscrea for €12.5 million and a Tesco in Gorey for €21 million.
