Alternatives Group has announced Lauren Fahy, Sorcha Coleman and Edward Conmy as the new heads of its recruitment business.
Coleman and Fahy will fill the roles of Heads of Talent solutions, focusing on developing the market talent and continuing to build the commercial and sales business.
Fahy began her career as a legislative intern for US Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton. She then completed an MSc in advertising in 2007, and has also worked in the client service departments of two leading Dublin advertising agencies, Rothco and Bloom.
Coleman holds an MSc in marketing from Smurfit Business School and has previously worked with Alternatives in business development roles.
Comny will take on the position of Head of Digital Talent and will continue to specialise in marketing and commercial roles with an online remit.
Co-founder of The Appys and Appcademy with DigitalTimes.ie, Comny holds a B-comm from UCD and an MA from DIT. He began his commercial career in marketing and sales with Eircom, and has worked in recruitment for ten years.
