BWG Foodservice, part of leading Irish wholesale and retail group BWG Foods, has again been shortlisted for a number of awards in the Irish Quality Food Awards (IQFA), which will take place on Tuesday, 13 September in the Mansion House, Dublin.
The Irish Quality Food Awards recognise and celebrate the best in retail, wholesale and foodservice food and drink products available on the island of Ireland.
Established in 2001, BWG Foodservice supplies everything needed to run a foodservice business, from gourmet food, chilled food, frozen food and ambient to alcohol and non-food products like catering supplies and catering disposables. All are delivered via multi-temperature storage and transportation facilities, ensuring food arrives in premium condition.

Nominated for six products across four categories, Ricky O’Brien, head of BWG Foodservice, said, “We are honoured to again be included in the shortlist of award nominees for this year’s IQFA Awards. The Q logo is a recognisable trademark representing the best in quality food and drink.

BWG Foodservice noted that it works in partnership with various suppliers across the full spectrum of the foodservice industry.

These awards, now in their 7th year, are open to food producers, wholesalers, contract caterers and foodservice operators who serve the Irish foodservice industry; as well as all National, Regional and Independent cafés.
