Nom Nom Subs has announced plans to open 10 stores nationwide over the next 18 months, creating 60 new jobs. Complete Cuisine has invested more than €500,000 into the food-to-go franchise, which recently launched its first store.
The first Nom Nom Subs restaurant is located on Westland Row in Dublin, and has already created 10 full-time roles with numerous part-time positions available throughout the launch period.
Dermot Hanrahan, Sales Director of Complete Cuisine, began developing the concept in 2011. He commented; “Typically in this industry, the counters are very generic in terms of branding. We wanted to create a strong brand with a fun personality.
"With so many international brands coming to our shore, we decided that in the current economic climate we wanted to develop a 100% Irish franchise which would contribute to the Irish economy to help in creating and sustaining employment.”
The gourmet-style sub sandwiches will be available both in Nom Nom Subs restaurants and in selected hot food/deli counters across Ireland.
