Did you know...? Coop Sweden has added two new goals to its climate impact project, including halving greenhouse gas emissions and a reduction in climate impact of food. The retailer now has four climate goals, which have been approved by Science Based Targets and validated to be in line with what Coop needs to do to help limit global warming to a maximum of 1.5 degrees.

Did you know...? Strategie Grains has raised its estimate for EU soft wheat exports outside the bloc for the current 2021/22 season by more than one million tonnes as a fall in prices has made French wheat more competitive on world markets, it said on Thursday. In a monthly report, the French firm pegged 2021/22 soft wheat exports outside the 27-country EU at 31.5 million tonnes, up from 30.4 million tonnes estimated last month.

Did you know...? Lidl Ireland has announced that its annual festive fundraiser Trolley Dash has raised over €280,000 in support of charity partner Jigsaw, the national centre for youth mental health in Ireland. The fundraising initiative now in its 7th year has received phenomenal widespread support from generous customers across Lidl’s stores. Speaking about the success of this year’s Trolley Dash, Owen Keogh, head of CSR, Lidl Ireland, said, “With restrictions over the past two years, looking after local community’s big and small is more important than ever."
