Did you know ...? New research conducted by Krispy Kreme shows how much employees value their working relationships, with over one in five (21%) saying that they’d go as far as leaving their current job if their work spouse were to leave – and a number of people admit that they’d be more likely to speak to their work spouse than their partner about topics including problems at work (83%), career aspirations (65%) and their financial situation (30%). Declan Foley, Ireland country manager, Krispy Kreme, said, “We spend so much time in the office that forming authentic, joyous relationships with our colleagues is so important, and – as the research shows – people are in fact deriving real benefits from their working wives and husbands, from having someone to laugh with to someone to confide in.”

Did you know ...? A national strike against planned pension reforms reduced France’s power supply and disrupted petrol deliveries from French refineries on Tuesday, reports Reuters. Strikes have been taking place since mid-January, as unions protest against the government’s plans to make people work longer before retirement. Public transport and schools have also been affected.

Did you know ...? US retailer Kroger plans to offer products from indoor-farming company Gotham Greens in approximately 1,000 stores by the end of this year, reports ESMmagazine.com. Gotham Greens is an indoor-farming company that offers greenhouse-grown produce, as well as plant-based food items, such as dips, cooking sauces, and dressings. The expansion of Gotham Greens’ plant-based food items will put the supplier in nearly 2,000 Kroger outlets across the country, the retailer noted.
