Maxol Sandyford Announces Two Day ‘Aware’ Charity Event

Maxol Sandyford is supporting the retailer’s charity partner Aware by holding a bake sale on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 September.

The event will run from 10am until 6pm each day, and will include car washes, raffles and face painting on the forecourt.

Aware aims to promote positive mental health in communities nationwide. It also supports the important issue of youth mental health through Aware’s ‘Beat the Blues’ schools programme for teenagers aged 15-18.

Maxol Sandyford is calling on local and weekend customers to support the worthwhile cause with all proceeds going to Aware. Tony Harnett, licensee at Maxol Sandyford, said of the fundraising event: “Mental health is such an important topic in Ireland and at Maxol Sandyford, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to raise funds for this cause. We look forward to seeing our customers who are always very supportive to us. I hope that everyone enjoys the two day event in aid of Aware.”
