Maxol Sponsors Day Tripper And Groove Music Festivals

Maxol is lending its name as a sponsor to both the Day Tripper Music Festival in Waterford and Groove in Wicklow this upcoming weekend.

The Day Tripper Music Festival’s line up includes UB40, Soul II Soul, The Darkness, Maverick Sabre and local band, Propeller Palms. Meanwhile, Groove in Killruddy House, Wicklow welcomes Christy Moore, Delorentos and Toasted Special.

Groove will also feature an ‘Enchanted Garden’ this year for children, offering games and activities in safe environment, as well as an activity centre where guests can engage in some friendly rivalry on the climbing wall or in the water spheres.

Fergal Harrington of Maxol commented on the events, “We’re very excited to be part of this great line-up of summer festivals and as part of our ‘Fuelling Your Summer’ forecourt competitions, our customers have the chance to get on Maxol’s event VIP guest list.”

“We love the family friendly nature of these festivals and with a network of 232 service stations in Ireland, Maxol is well represented in all of these towns and cities. Along with our retailers we are delighted to be at the heart of community effort in making the festivals a success,” he added.
