Nom Nom Subs is opening a new store at Texaco, Lucan. This follows the success of its first store on Westland Row in Dublin. The Nom Nom Subs franchise was created by Complete Cuisine and the Lucan development is the first integrated model using both the Complete Cuisine and Nom Nom Subs brands.
Nom Nom Subs has created a range of gourmet-style hot sub rolls. Some of the unique offerings on the menu include the Hot Turkish Sub and special Nom Nom signatures such as the Taco Roller. In addition, Nom Nom Subs make bespoke sauces and use high quality Irish meats in their products.
By the end of 2014, the company will open another five stores, supported by a further franchisee investment of more than €400,000. Dermot Hanrahan, Director of Nom Nom Subs, said, "Interest from other potential franchisees has continued to grow across the country. As a 100% Irish-owned new franchise, there is definitely a gap in the market for a brand like Nom Nom Subs."
