SuperValu has been announced as a partner of the annual Bloom Festival, which is set to take place this year from May 29 until June 3 in Dublin's Phoenix Park.
SuperValu marketing manager Des O’Mahony said that the retailer will use its sponsorship of the festival to promote its links to Irish producers and demonstrate "the quality and innovation of our brand. Not only are SuperValu a sponsor of the event, it is our goal to give visitors a great experience and add real value to the festival.
"We have created an interactive cooking demonstration with celebrity chef Kevin Dundon which will be fun and include the best of summer food ingredients."
Bloom is organized by Bord Bia, and this year's event will see the return of the Food Village, showcasing the best of Irish produce.
