Tesco Launches Summer Bouquet In Aid Of Temple Street Hospital

Tesco Ireland has unveiled a specially designed pink, purple and white summer bouquet in support of its charity partner, Temple Street Children’s Hospital.

From Thursday, 19 May, shoppers will be able to pick up the gerbera and chrysanthemum-filled bouquets for €10, with €1 from every sale going straight to the children’s hospital to support the purchase of life-saving medical equipment.

Melissa Hynes, Horticultural Buyer at Tesco, commented, "Flowers are the perfect way to make a loved-one or friend feel special, so we wanted to make our shoppers feel extra special in knowing that they are also supporting this fantastic children’s charity.

"We worked with Keeling’s Flowers to create a bouquet that will suit any occasion and we’re asking our shoppers to say it with flowers this summer and buy the Temple Street bouquet, because every little really will help a whole bunch."

CEO of Fundraising for Temple Street, Denise Fitzgerald added, "I'd like to warmly thank our charity partner Tesco Ireland for this initiative and for their on-going dedication and support of Temple Street."
