Retailers including forecourt operator Topaz and The Barry Group have made the 2013 Best Workplaces list, organised by the Great Place To Work Institute. It's the sixth year in a row that Topaz has been recognised in the list, achieving 8th place, in the list of the Best Large Workplaces in Ireland.
"This is a huge achievement for a young Irish company like Topaz, especially when you bear in mind the competition for places," said Paul Candon, Marketing and Corporate Services Director at Topaz. "The fact that we are the only dedicated fuels and convenience retailer on the list is also very satisfying. Awards like this are a vote of confidence in the way we do business”
Other retailers appearing in the Best Large Workplaces list included Boots Ireland (11th), and DocMorris (18th).
The Barry Group ranked 15th in the Best Medium Workplaces list. Great Place to Work Ireland is part of a Global network with offices in 48 countries.
