Topaz has been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland for the ninth time. The largest Irish-owned fuels and convenience retailer was the only retailer to make the top 20, as well as being the only fuels and convenience retailer to make the cut. Topaz was awarded 13th place in the list of the Best large Workplaces in Ireland.
Paul Candon, Marketing and Corporate Services Director at Topaz said; "Our employees are our greatest resource and central to our on-going success. From the start we have had a strong culture of constant improvement and that drives us on and ensures we remain focused on offering our customers the best service possible."
Topaz was presented the award at the Great Place to Work Awards in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin last week. The event was attended by An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny who congratulated all of this year’s organisations on their commitment to creating great workplaces.
