Sustainable water brand Deep RiverRock has introduced its ‘Immune System’ range, which features new fruity flavours with the added benefits of vitamin B6 and zinc.  New variants will include Forest Fruits Sparkling, Lemon & Lime Sparkling, and Strawberry Still, all with added benefits that support a healthy immune system and contribute to overall wellbeing. Introduced to the market in 1994, Deep RiverRock water is sourced from deep beneath the glacial hill of Co Antrim. It is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, all naturally occurring within the source.

Aldi Nord and Aldi Süd have announced a 2% increase in the wages and salaries of its employees. This voluntary advance payment will be credited to the collective bargaining agreement, which is yet to be reached. Collective bargaining in retail has been delayed for a number of months.Aldi Nord and Aldi Süd corporate groups do not want their employees in Germany to wait any longer until the collective bargaining parties have reached an agreement.

X5 Retail Group is on course to post double-digit topline growth this year, a leading industry analyst has said, after the Russian retailer reported a 10.6% increase in sales in the second quarter of its financial year. Artur Galimov of Sova Capital noted that following a dip in March and April, growth in monthly sales "gathered pace" in May and June. "The sales results broadly matched our and consensus forecasts, and they should bode well for 2Q21 margins, although we certainly expect lower levels YoY due to higher promo and no lockdown-related rent discounts for certain premises, among other factors," Galimov said in a briefing note.
