One4all Raises Almost €300,000 For Children’s Health Foundation

One4all's Shop4Giggles campaign has raised nearly €300,000 for the Children’s Health Foundation Giggle Fund and Play Departments.

The Giggle Fund and Play directly supports sick children and their families in Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly hospitals and urgent care centres.

The Shop4Giggles campaign is 'dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of young patients and their families during their most challenging times'.

'Incredible Generosity'

One4all noted that the funds raised through this initiative, in collaboration with all One4all retail partners, notably, River Island, New Look, and Curry’s (who doubled the donation to €1 per transaction spent with their brand), have played a pivotal role in providing sick children with joy during a scary and tough time in their lives.

Jock Jordan, regional VP One4all Ireland, said, “Reaching nearly €300,000 for Children’s Health Foundation is not just a milestone, but it’s also a testament to the incredible generosity and dedication of our community.

"We are so delighted to have played a part in making a real difference in the lives of these brave young patients and their families.

"This achievement motivates us to double our efforts and continue our unwavering support for this fantastic charity.”

'Immeasurable Importance'

Children’s Health Foundation has expressed huge gratitude for the contributions from the Shop4Giggles campaign.

Hugh Kane, interim chief executive of Children’s Health Foundation, said, “These funds are of immeasurable importance in helping the Foundation fulfil its mission of providing exceptional care, support, and resources to young patients, making a profound impact on their lives."

One4all noted that the funds provided will go towards toys, parties, group events, play therapy equipment, and much more.

This all contributes to making patients and their families as comfortable as possible while receiving treatment, it added.
