Cadbury was the biggest spender on Outdoor advertising in September in the Food & Drink category, with its 'Unwrap Gold' campaign accounting for €421k of spend, according to the latest Posterwatch report from PML Group.
Tayto accounted for €278k worth of spend in Outdoor, while The Natural Confectionery Company accounted for €274k worth of spend. Rounding off the top five in the category are Flora, which accounted for €236k worth of spend, and Red Bull Editions, which accounted for €215k worth of spend.
The figures used to compile the Posterwatch report are based on published Media Owner rate cards and refer to display values only.
Budweiser was the biggest spender on outdoor advertising in the Alcoholic Beverages sector, accounting for €332k worth of spend, with Guinness campaign around Arthur's Day accounting for €253k worth of spend.
Overall, the biggest spender on Outdoor during the period was radio station Newstalk, which accounted for €481k worth of spend.
