Donnelly Fresh Foods has announced the rollout of a nationwide in-store sampling and cookery demonstration programme. The announcement was made by Donnelly’s Prepared Food division, Wonderfoods.
As part of the programme, demonstrations and samplings will take place in Superquinn, EuroSpar and SuperValu stores nationwide, beginning at the end of January. Consumer marketing agency BrandTactics will operate the in-store tastings.
Donnelly’s Marketing Director Alan Waters said “We’ve used BrandTactics at events such as the National Ploughing Championships, Bloom, Flavours of Fingal, as well as at in-store demos and tastings, with great feedback every time.”
A team of brand ambassadors will also meet customers in-store to present them with samples, increasing brand profile and awareness.
