Former Topaz Retail Director Gleeson Appointed To Aramark Role

Former Topaz retail director Frank Gleeson has joined Aramark Ireland as managing director of its food services division.

Gleeson, the former vice president retail of Statoil Ireland, operations director of O’Brien’s off-licence group and group sales manager for Xtravision, has also been appointed as a member of the advisory board of Aramark Ireland and a member of the Executive Leadership Council of Aramark Corporation.

Commenting on the appointment, Donal O’Brien, CEO at Aramark, said, “In Topaz, Frank was responsible for the management of the company’s 330 company-operated and dealer-owned service stations in Ireland. Under his leadership, Topaz developed an extensive retail and food offering, greatly improving the customer experience.”

Aramark Food Services is one of Ireland’s largest foodservice businesses, and serves over 250,000 meals every day in healthcare, education and government institutions, among others.
