Love Irish Food Returns To Bloom This Year With 27 Member Brands

The Love Irish Food ‘Meet the Makers’ marquee has returned to the food village again this year at the Bloom festival, which will run until Monday 4 June, in the Phoenic Park in Dublin.

27 Love Irish Food member brands will be in attendance at Ireland’s premier food and gardening festival.

The ‘Meet the Makers’ marquee is located in the food village and feature member brands including household names like Flahavan’s, Ballymaloe Foods, Broderick’s Bros, East Coast Bakehouse, McCambridge Bread, Big Als & Bundys, Gino’s Gelato, O’Donnells Crisps, Golden Irish Eggs, Manor Farm, Coffee House Lane, The Jelly Bean Factory, Sussed and Spice O’Life. And new to Bloom this year Golden Bake and Sunshine Juices.

"With the Irish food industry facing the challenge and the uncertainty from Brexit, it is vital that Irish shoppers have the opportunity to identify locally produced food brands, with the Love Irish Food logo and to undertstand their importance and contribution to local communities throughout Ireland," Kieran Rumley, executive director, Love Irish Food said.

Last year, the Love Irish Food marquee reportedly attracted more than 30,000 Bloom visitors.
