The Coronas Front Man Danny O’Reilly To Host Guinness Live & Rising

Guinness recently announced that its next Guinness Live & Rising event, will take place on Saturday 23 September in The Church, Dublin.

The event will be hosted by The Corona’s frontman Danny O’Reilly.

According to the drinks giant, Guinness Live & Rising is a new initiative celebrating Irish pubs across the country, showcasing the role they play as homes and hosts of incredible experiences in music, food, sport and the arts.

O’Reilly, said, “I’m delighted to partner with Guinness to curate this Guinness Live & Rising event in The Church, Dublin, celebrating all things rugby and what it means to so many people.

"What better place to host this event than the pub? Irish pubs are known for showcasing emerging talent in culture and have played a big part in kickstarting my music career.

"The pub is also a place where I love to get together with friends and family to watch my favourite team play or discover new music.

"We’ve an amazing line up on the night and I’m excited to bring you all along for my ultimate match day watch party.”

Guinness Live & Rising Line-Up

As well as The Corona's line up includes Hermitage Green’s Barry Murphy and sports storyteller and presenter Christina Mahon.

The event coincides with the Rugby World Cup, much anticipated battle in Paris between Ireland and South Africa, which will be broadcasted live in the Church at 8pm on the day.
